Stergiani (Stella) Tsiarvoula studied Education & Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She has master's degrees in the fields: Communication & Culture/Management of Cultural Organizations. She is a PhD Candidate in Cultural Policy at the Department of Journalism & Media - AUTH. She began her professional career at Piraeus Bank. She has worked at museums of Thessaloniki (Museum of Ancient, Byzantine & Post-Byzantine Musical Instruments of Macedonia-Thrace Bank/Thessaloniki Museum of Photography/Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki/Teloglion Art Foundation - AUTH). During 7/2019-2/2022 she was the Thessaloniki Area Manager of ActionAid Hellas, responsible for setting up the organization's structure/branch in the city and establishing the first private Youth Center in Greece. She lives in Thessaloniki. She is a Creative-Cultural Consultant collaborating with institutional/non-governmental organizations, publishing houses, creative agencies, artistic groups. She participates in conferences, seminars, and workshops with presentations related to her research interests and professional expertise. She is a member of many academic institutions & professional organizations.
