Dr. Flora Hajdarmataj
PR and Communication Expert, Turkish Maarif Foundation in Kosova
Dr. Flora Hajdarmataj is a media and communication scholar who completed her PhD in Journalism at Anadolu University. She is the author of Transformation of Privacy and Surveillance in New Media. Her professional experience spans journalism, television presenting, public relations, and academic research.
Dr. Hajdarmataj has actively participated in international conferences and projects focusing on communication, digital media, social media, and privacy in the digital age. Her research interests include new media, digital surveillance, online privacy, media literacy, and communication technologies. She has published scholarly work in the field of media and communication, and her PhD dissertation examines the use of social media platforms by Generation Z in Kosovo within the framework of the Uses and Gratifications approach.
She currently serves as a PR and Communication Expert at the Turkish Maarif Foundation in Kosova.
