Athanasios Lianas

Thanos Lianas is a Law student at the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH). He graduated from Anatolia College, where he also received the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme certificate. Throughout his academic journey, Thanos has developed a strong interest in international law, legal systems, and communication. He participated extensively in international Model United Nations (MUN) and debate conferences. His international exposure includes completing an educational delegation at the Egyptian Public Prosecution Headquarters in New Cairo, focusing on comparative legal analysis. Parallel to his academic path, Thanos is consistently involved in community service and volunteer initiatives. His current interest focuses on Media Law and the legal boundaries of modern journalism.
